Painting 100x120cm. “Liberated”, hand painted with Acrylic paint, Spray paint and marker on a premium cotton canvas. The canvas is stretched on a 4cm. thick frame.
This work for me is about freedom of spirit. When you have peace and space for yourself then you are closer to yourself.
Each of my paintings focuses on the horse: a beautiful animal that can reflect both strength and vulnerability. My collection is also a reflection of life’s challenges and insights; rich in color as well as emotion. I always work with a mix of techniques and invite you to consider topics such as acceptance, rethinking and resilience when viewing my works. What to one person is a strong, proud appearance may to another evoke vulnerability and uncertainty. My art is always open to your own interpretation. Each painting tells a new story, in which you will always discover something different.
